The story

Founded in 2014 out of frustration with legacy core banking vendors, SaaScada built a cloud-native, data-driven core banking engine using CQRS and event-sourcing — architectures more common in Big Tech than in banking. Rather than selling siloed product modules, SaaScada introduced a 'Product Sequencer' that lets clients combine product DNA building blocks to create any type of financial product (current accounts, lending, deposits, Islamic finance) without additional module fees. The company positions itself as an open-API platform that sits at the centre of a best-of-breed fintech ecosystem, serving neobanks, specialist lenders, and embedded finance builders across the UK and Europe.
