Founded 2011 in Belgium as Xpenditure, an expense management tool. Merged with travel app iAlbatros under Sodexo ownership in 2017 to form Rydoo, a unified T&E platform. Acquired by Eurazeo private equity in 2022 to accelerate independent growth, then expanded into adjacent finance workflows — Rydoo Cards (corporate cards) and Semine by Rydoo (AP automation) — moving from pure expense reporting toward a fuller spend-management suite for European mid-market and enterprise customers.
