Rosy Salon Software was founded by former salon and spa owners in the mid-2000s and launched publicly in 2009 as a cloud-based salon management SaaS. Its embedded finance strategy is entirely driven by parent Fullsteam: RosyPay (integrated card processing) is powered by Fullsteam Operations LLC in the US and FS Payments Canada Ltd. in Canada, and RosyPay Capital Advance was layered on top in 2022 as a merchant cash advance product for existing RosyPay merchants.
