The story
Roopairs is a vertical SaaS platform built by the Bartolomucci brothers, who grew up in their father's SF Bay Area restaurants and experienced first-hand the operational pain of commercial kitchen equipment breakdowns. The product targets commercial kitchen repair service companies, dealers/manufacturers, and restaurants — replacing pen-and-paper and legacy 1980s software with a cloud-based field service platform spanning refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment and beverage equipment service workflows.
