The story

Founded 2004 in Dublin as a hotel booking platform. Pivoted in 2018 from broad B2B/B2C travel toward workforce accommodation — specifically construction workers, engineers, crane operators, truck drivers and other mobile blue-collar labor. Launched RoomexPay prepaid cards on Stripe Issuing in 2020, layering embedded expense management on top of accommodation booking. Acquired by Corpay in 2023, folding Roomex into a global payments/fleet/travel conglomerate.
