Reliant Parking

“Can a vertical parking-permit SaaS become the default operating system for multifamily parking revenue?”

The story

Reliant Parking started in 2012 as a straightforward permit-issuance tool for multifamily properties and evolved into a full parking management ecosystem — permits, enforcement, LPR, and resident/manager/enforcement apps — sold to apartment communities, HOAs, and student housing. It is a vertical SaaS operator, not a fintech: revenue comes from software subscriptions and it acts as an agent selling permits on behalf of the property manager (the 'Parking Supervisor'), which means it collects small consumer payments but pushes the merchant-of-record economics onto the property.
