The story
Regnology started as BearingPoint RegTech, a European regulatory reporting software provider that Nordic Capital carved out in 2020. Post-carve-out it merged with Vizor Software to become Regnology, serving both regulators and the regulated — a two-sided RegTech network across 100+ countries. In 2024, CPP Investments joined Nordic Capital as a significant minority investor to fund further global expansion and platform build-out (RGI, AI-orchestrated straight-through reporting).
