The story

Radisys is a 1987-founded telecom infrastructure company that pivoted from embedded hardware to open telecom software (Open RAN, disaggregated broadband, CPaaS media servers). Acquired by Reliance Industries in 2018 and now operates as a Reliance/Jio-aligned open telecom vendor. Its Engage CPaaS product exposes telecom APIs to CSPs, but Radisys itself does not offer embedded finance — it sells network infrastructure and media processing software to telcos.
