Founded in 2012 as a rental marketplace eliminating the traditional fiador (guarantor) requirement in Brazil. Over time expanded from pure rental to property sales and launched embedded financial products (insurance, capitalização-based deposit guarantees, credit card rent payments) directly within the platform. Acquired the Grupo Navent real estate portals across Latin America to become the largest housing platform in the region.
