The story
Qualifacts began as a Nashville-based behavioral health EHR (CareLogic) and, under private-equity ownership, consolidated the behavioral health EHR market through the 2020 merger with Credible and subsequent acquisitions of InSync (2022) and OnCall Health (2022). The company now operates three EHR platforms (Credible, CareLogic, InSync) plus OnCall telehealth, and is layering AI (Qualifacts iQ) on top. Embedded finance is limited to payment processing inside the OnCall telehealth product (Stripe) and third-party RCM/clearinghouse partners (Inovalon) — Qualifacts itself is not a fintech.
