Founded 2011 in the Netherlands as WerkbonApp, a mobile digital work-order app for field service teams (installers, HVAC, construction, security). Grew into a full field service management suite covering scheduling, quotes, invoicing, contracts and project management. Acquired by Visma Group in 2022, giving it European distribution and enterprise back-office resources. Rebranded to OutSmart International to signal international ambition beyond the Benelux. Embedded finance footprint is deliberately minimal — the company monetizes SaaS subscriptions and leaves payment collection to a single partner (Mollie).
