The story

Founded in 2016 as a shop-in-shop online outlet platform connecting fashion brands' unsold inventory directly to consumers. Expanded from a pure B2C marketplace to a dual B2C/B2B model through the Oware™ brand dashboard and a separate B2B Marketplace, making Otrium the end-to-end solution for brands' excess stock. The company is B Corp certified and frames its model around sustainable fashion economics. Leadership has changed over time with Frank van Valderen listed as CEO in German-market impressum alongside original founders Milan Daniels and Max Klijnstra.
