Omnipresent started as an Employer of Record platform designed to help companies hire remote international talent without setting up foreign legal entities. The platform has progressively embedded finance capabilities — most notably partnering with Mangopay to power global employment payment flows, and integrating with Xero for finance and payroll workflows. The company is evolving from a pure HR compliance layer toward a more comprehensive global workforce financial OS.
