The story

Founded 2013 as a cloud ERP for Brazilian SMBs distributed through accounting firms. After SoftBank's R$580M check in 2021, Omie explicitly pivoted toward becoming an 'ERP Banking' platform — acquiring credit fintech Ergoncredit in 2022, launching its native Omie.Cash / Omie.Bank digital PJ account, and stacking working-capital lending, boleto, Pix and payment orchestration on top of the ERP. The 2025 Partners Group round funds this bundle: gestão + conta PJ + crédito + meios de pagamento as one product.
