Founded in early 2023 by Ankur Patel (ex-Bridgewater, JP Morgan, Glean AI) as an agentic AI startup focused on the regulated verticals of finance and insurance. Positioned its AgentFlow platform as a 'system of intelligence' layered on top of banks', credit unions', and insurers' existing systems of record, targeting lending operations, underwriting, and private equity fund/portfolio ops. Not an embedded finance provider itself — a vertical AI SaaS vendor selling into embedded finance and traditional finance customers.
