Monizze started as a Belgian digital alternative to paper employee benefit vouchers (meal, eco, gift), issuing prepaid cards to employees on behalf of employers. Over time it expanded beyond simple vouchers into flexible benefits orchestration via RewardFlex, a cafeteria plan and mobility budget management tool. The company is now positioning itself as a full employee benefits platform, serving SMEs and large enterprises in Belgium, competing with Edenred and Sodexo. Its embedded finance stack centres on Enfuce for card issuing and benefit card delivery.
