The story

Minsait is the digital transformation subsidiary of Indra, a major Spanish technology and defense conglomerate. Its payments arm, Minsait Payments (branded as 'Procesadora'), was consolidated in 2019-2020 by merging payment processing capabilities from Indra and the acquired Tecnocom. The resulting unit operates as a third-party card issuing and acquiring processor for banks, fintechs, and retailers across Latin America and Europe, offering white-label issuer and acquirer processing rather than being a consumer-facing financial services brand.
