The story

Letshego started in 1998 as a Botswana-based microlender focused on payroll-deduction loans to government employees, listed on the BSE in 2002, and expanded across 11 African markets. Since 2016 it has pursued a digital transformation, using acquisitions like the Nigerian MFB and a partnership with Panamax to build the LetsGoPAY / LetsGo digital mall — moving from a pure microlender into a pan-African inclusive digital finance group with banking, payments, and green lending arms.
