The story

Founded in 2011 as a marketplace connecting small businesses to lenders, Lendio built one of the largest SMB loan marketplaces in the US with 75+ lender partners. Over time, it expanded from a direct-to-SMB referral marketplace into an infrastructure and SaaS provider — first launching Lendio Intelligent Lending (a decision engine for banks and credit unions) and then an Embedded Financing product that lets third-party platforms embed Lendio's marketplace with a single line of code. The strategic pivot is from consumer-facing marketplace to B2B2B embedded lending infrastructure.
