The story
Legakte is an early-stage Belgian legal-tech SaaS founded in 2024, targeting accountants, lawyers, fiduciaries and enterprise counters who prepare corporate formalities for filing with the Moniteur belge. The product automates document generation (Forms I/II, general assembly minutes, identity attestations) from a company's BCE number — it does not itself file electronically or hold funds. It is a pure SaaS play, not an embedded-finance platform; Stripe is used only as a merchant of record for its own subscription billing.
