The story

Leeto (legal entity Clan SAS) was founded in 2018 to digitize French CSE (comité social et économique / works council) management — combining budget management, benefits distribution, gift cards, and ticketing. In 2021 it was acquired by UpCoop (Groupe Up), the historical French employee-benefits leader (Chèque Déjeuner), giving it distribution scale. The embedded-finance angle is Leeto's dual payment accounts (AEP + ASC budgets) for CSEs, delivered as an ACPR-registered payment services agent of Treezor.
