Can a boutique Swiss/DACH implementation partner become the default digital-operations backbone for law firms, notaries and Treuhänder by bundling Vertec + M-Files + Topal?

The story

Lean Business AG is a Swiss IT services / vertical-software reseller founded in 2011 in St. Gallen, focused on implementing ERP/CRM (Vertec), DMS (M-Files) and accounting (Topal) for lawyers, notaries and Treuhand (fiduciary) firms. It is not a fintech and operates no embedded finance stack of its own — its 'financial' surface area is limited to bundling third-party Swiss accounting software (Topal) for its ~530 SMB customers. Recent moves are geographic (Germany subsidiary in 2025) and vertical (AML/GwG 2026 templates for law firms), not product-financial.
