The story
Jane started in 2012 as a Canadian practice-management SaaS for allied-health clinics, built by a clinic owner and a developer. Over time it layered embedded finance on top of the EMR — Jane Payments (Stripe-powered) for card acceptance, an insurance-billing add-on, and most recently Clinic Financing by Stripe in the US. The strategic direction is clear: become the operating system and financial layer for allied health clinics.
