The story

Isaac launched in 2019 as a guaranteed-tuition fintech for Brazilian private schools — schools hand over their receivables and Isaac guarantees monthly repasse regardless of family default. After merging with Arcopay (an Arco Educação fintech subsidiary) around 2021, it expanded beyond collections into a full financial-management platform, layering on credit (via QI Tech CCBs), family insurance (Porto), and digital contracting (DocuSign). The platform is now positioned as the financial OS for Brazilian private schools, with the consumer-facing app rebranded under the Arco Educação umbrella as Meu Arco.
