The story

Infinite Campus is a privately held, founder-led K-12 Student Information System (SIS) vendor. Per its own security page, founder Charlie Kratsch remains CEO and the company is explicitly not VC- or shareholder-backed. Its embedded finance journey began ~12 years ago by enabling school districts to collect fees (initially parking), expanding to food service, school stores, registration and donations — now packaged as Campus Payments, powered by Worldpay for Platforms (Payrix) and Stripe.
