incwo began as a French CRM and online invoicing SaaS for SMBs, targeting small businesses with integrated billing and client management. Over time it expanded into POS (NF 525-certified iPad cash register) and embedded banking via a Qonto Embed integration, providing a French IBAN, Mastercard cards, SEPA transfers, and automated bank reconciliation directly inside the platform. More recently, incwo has opened an API-first layer (incwo-as-a-platform) to allow third-party developers and platforms to consume its invoicing infrastructure, signalling a move toward becoming embedded finance infrastructure for French SMB software.
