The story

Founded 2015 as a consumer smart-lock brand serving Airbnb hosts in Singapore, igloohome pivoted toward enterprise smart access in 2019 with the iglooworks launch, targeting real estate, hospitality and infrastructure customers using NB-IoT, Cat-M and LTE. Its current strategic surface is iglooconnect/iglooaccess — a developer/PMS integration platform billed at $2/month per active lock via Stripe — turning the lock business into recurring SaaS revenue with embedded BNPL on the consumer side (Atome, Grab, hoolah) and embedded home insurance partnerships on the enterprise side.
