The story

HROne is the HRMS/payroll SaaS product of Uneecops Workplace Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Delhi-based software company that launched HROne in 2016 to automate the HR lifecycle for Indian mid-market and enterprise employers. Over 2019-2023 it built out a full 127-process HR suite (core HR, payroll, attendance, recruitment, performance) and reached 2,500+ customers. Since 2024, backed by a $4M Pre-Series B, it has repositioned around 'One AI' — a family of AI agents for employees, HR and recruiters — and spun out a standalone AI Interviewer product (interview.hrone.cloud) monetized via Cashfree payments. Embedded finance is minimal: HROne processes its own SaaS subscription billing (via Cashfree) and integrates with payroll finance tools like Tally and RazorpayX rather than issuing its own accounts or cards.
