After a 2024 growth round from General Atlantic, the company expanded from pure SaaS into embedded finance with Hostaway Capital (merchant-cash-advance style financing underwritten by Parafin) and into agentic AI with AI CoHost. The strategic direction is to become the operating and financial system for professional STR managers, not just a channel-manager.
