Homebase

Homebase began as a scheduling and time-tracking tool for hourly-workforce businesses such as restaurants, retail, and local service businesses. Over time it expanded into a broader HR and workforce management platform, adding payroll processing via an embedded payroll stack (evidenced by its partnership with Check, the embedded payroll infrastructure provider). The company has also added content and tooling around small business financing (educational content on lines of credit and small business loans), though there is no direct evidence of Homebase operating its own lending product.
