The story
Hirebuddy is a University of Vienna spin-off building a referral-based recruiting SaaS. It combines an ATS, employee referral tool, active sourcing, gamification and career-page hosting, monetizing via a monthly software subscription plus an 8% success fee on gross annual salary when a hire is made via the Hirebuddy network. Hirebuddy itself handles the payment flow to referrers, but there is no public disclosure of the underlying payments/BaaS provider.
