Guestline is a UK-founded hospitality software company (PMS, distribution, EPoS) that was acquired by The Access Group in July 2023 and folded into the Access Hospitality portfolio. Its embedded-finance footprint centers on GuestPay — a hotel payments product providing card acquiring, terminals, and DCC — which historically ran on Tru//ST (Trust Payments) as the acquiring/processing partner. Under Access, Guestline is being consolidated with Access PaySuite (which acquired Ordo's open-banking rails in 2026), pointing to a group-wide embedded-finance push spanning cards, DCC and open banking for hospitality operators.
