The story

Founded in 2015 as Goldbell Financial Services within the Goldbell Group — a conglomerate with over 40 years of automotive industry history — the company rebranded to GB Helios to signal its broader SME financial services ambitions. By migrating to Mambu's cloud-native core banking platform, GB Helios modernised its lending stack to support a product suite spanning traditional term loans, supply chain/embedded financing, revenue-based financing, factoring, business property loans, and venture debt. The Mambu migration enabled a 30% customer base growth and accelerated time-to-market, positioning the company as a technology-forward non-bank financial institution (NBFI) in Singapore.
