The story
Flow RMS began in 2020 as custom software built by an AI consulting shop for one of the largest rep firms in the industrial utility space. It productized that internal build into an AI-native operating system for manufacturer rep firms — CRM, quoting, order tracking, commission reconciliation, warehouse and analytics — and has since expanded to serve manufacturers directly via FlowConnect, an AI portal with REST API and MCP server for rep and distributor ecosystems.
