The story

FleetX started in 2009 as Frakt24, a Norwegian TMS for local haulage. The Jakobsen brothers rebranded and internationalized the product as FleetX.com, opening a Spain office to serve customers beyond Scandinavia. The platform is a vertical SaaS for transport operators — no embedded finance beyond invoicing, factoring exports, and accounting integrations. It remains a small (~6 employee) private company operating as a subsidiary of Frakt24.
