The story

Finin launched in 2019 as an early consumer neobanking startup in India, offering an AI-driven money management, savings and investment app. It raised roughly $1M from Unicorn India Ventures and other angels before being acquired by Google- and Temasek-backed SME neobank Open in December 2021 for $10M in cash and stock. Post-acquisition, Finin's team was folded into Open to complement Open's SME-focused banking platform.
