“Can a vertical fintech become the financial and operational OS for the global drinks industry by combining inventory-backed working capital with logistics, operations and workflow software?”
Founded in 2018 as an inventory-finance fintech narrowly focused on the UK wine and spirits sector, Ferovinum built a structured-finance bridge between capital markets and physical drinks supply chains. It scaled debt capacity from a 2021 BCI facility to a £100M NatWest-led syndicate (2023) and a $550M Pollen Street securitisation (2025), the latter unlocking US/EU/AU expansion. In November 2025 the company rebranded as 'Fero' and broadened its scope from pure working-capital finance into a four-pillar drinks operating system: Funding, Logistics, Operations and Workflows.
