Federal Compass was founded in 2019 by Chad Ganske and Jim Sherwood, veterans of INPUT/Deltek GovWin and Wolf Den Associates, to build a modern market intelligence and capture management platform for federal contractors. The product combines opportunity sourcing, pipeline/CRM, teaming partner discovery, and market research in a single SaaS platform.
