Founded 2004 as a hospitality reconciliation software provider serving hotels, restaurants, retail, and entertainment operators. Grew steadily as a back-office automation vendor with marquee clients (Marriott, Hyatt, Kwik Trip). Backed by Equality Asset Management, and in January 2026 appointed Justin Hartanov as CEO to accelerate expansion, repositioning the product as the 'Financial Trust Layer' — an AI-enabled reconciliation and data intelligence platform sitting between payments/POS/PMS and the general ledger. Not an embedded-finance issuer; a middleware / recon SaaS that integrates with payment processors and BaaS-adjacent systems.
