The story

Entelo launched in 2011 as a big-data recruiting platform, using web crawling to surface passive candidates for tech employers like Box, Yelp, and Square. After a $20M Series C in 2017, it pivoted toward AI-powered recruiting and diversity sourcing, launching Envoy for automated candidate delivery. It acquired ConveyIQ in 2019 to add candidate communication, then was absorbed into Rival HR, where it now sits as the sourcing product alongside ConveyIQ inside a broader HR orchestration suite.
