By participating in YC S23, it secured early validation and funding to build out its full-stack digital health insurance platform including member apps, employer portals, and service provider portals with AI-driven claims automation. The company's strategic edge is its prevention-first model — incentivizing healthy behavior through ProActiv wellness programs — layered on top of a licensed insurance product, enabling it to reduce claims costs structurally rather than just administratively.
