The story

Dimensa was formed in 2021 by combining financial-services technology assets from TOTVS (Brazil's largest software vendor) and B3 (Latin America's largest exchange). It rolled up several Brazilian fintech infrastructure players (Vadu for credit analytics, Quiver for insurance broker software, Mobile2You for digital banking, InovaMind, RBM) to become a horizontal B2B tech provider covering core banking, credit, receivables, insurance, and investments. In April 2026, Puerto Rico-based Evertec closed its acquisition of Dimensa, folding it into Evertec Brasil to expand Evertec's Brazilian financial-services technology footprint.
