Founded 2018 as a cloud-based veterinary PIMS to replace legacy server-based systems (AVImark, Cornerstone). Expanded from records/scheduling into embedded payments in 2024 with Digitail Secure Payments (Stripe-powered) and added a Buy Now-Pay Later option via CareCredit. Currently pivoting hard toward AI workflows (Tails AI) as the differentiator, funded by a $23M Series B in late 2025.
