The story

DigiFT is a Singapore-regulated digital assets exchange focused on tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). It entered the MAS FinTech Sandbox in 2022 and graduated to a full CMS licence and RMO recognition in December 2023, positioning itself as one of the first fully-regulated on-chain RWA venues. Its strategic direction is to serve as the tokenization and distribution rail for major asset managers (UBS AM, Invesco) issuing tokenized treasuries and funds, plus integrating stablecoins as settlement instruments.
