Founded in 1995 as a French IT services firm, Devoteam evolved over three decades from a generalist technology consultancy into a specialist AI-driven tech consulting group focused on cloud, cybersecurity, data, and AI. After years as a publicly listed company on the Paris Stock Exchange, the founding de Bentzmann family took the company private in late 2021 with backing from KKR, enabling a more focused strategic trajectory. The company has repositioned itself around hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, ServiceNow) and its own managed cloud platform 'Pulse', increasingly embedding AI advisory and implementation services into its consulting offer.
