“Can a PIF-backed Saudi digital bank become the financial OS for both Saudi consumers and the Kingdom's emerging fintech/startup ecosystem by combining Shariah-compliant products with best-in-class global infrastructure partnerships?”
D360 Bank was established in 2022 as Saudi Arabia's first fully digital bank, backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Derayah Financial, with a mandate to drive Vision 2030's cashless payments target. The bank launched with a consumer-first Shariah-compliant product suite—current accounts, savings (Sanabil), debit cards, and international transfers via Thunes. It has since expanded into personal financing (Musaned), a family spending card (Masareef), a charity card (Ehsan), and a business banking offering targeting startups and fintechs in the Kingdom, positioning itself as the digital financial OS for Saudi Arabia.
