The story

Curae Finance, LLC is a subsidiary of Atlanticus Holdings Corp. and was founded in 2016 in Atlanta to provide non-recourse, 0% interest patient financing for healthcare providers. The Curae card and lines of credit are issued by The Bank of Missouri (TBOM), with Atlanticus Services Corporation as servicer. In 2024 Curae broadened beyond pure financing into a 'Patient Financial Access Platform' that combines lending, Medicaid/ACA enrollment assistance, and philanthropic aid — repositioning from a lender to a healthcare revenue-cycle financial-care platform.
