“Can a Ghana-based agritech platform become the end-to-end operating system connecting smallholder farmers, global commodity buyers, and input vendors across West African agricultural supply chains?”
Founded in 2017 as a crowd-farming platform enabling diaspora investors to own and manage farms remotely in Ghana, Complete Farmer evolved into a full agricultural supply-chain platform connecting farmers, buyers, and input vendors. The company shifted from a B2C investment model to a B2B2C marketplace model (CF Grower, CF Buyer, CF Storefront), embedding payments and inputs finance directly into the platform. Expansion into West African export markets and EU-backed impact investment reflect its current push to become the operating system for African agri-commerce.
