The story

Founded 1999 as a freelancer marketplace, Bullhorn pivoted in 2001 to become a vertical CRM/ATS for the staffing industry. Under multiple PE owners (Vista, then Stone Point/Insight/Genstar), it has consolidated the staffing-tech landscape through 20+ acquisitions (Peoplenet, Sendouts, Erecruit, Herefish, Invenias, Textkernel, Cube19, Sirenum, Talent Rover, Jobscience, TargetRecruit) to build an end-to-end 'Recruitment Cloud'. Its embedded finance footprint is limited to middle-office pay/bill workflows and marketplace-partner lending (BlueVine) and paycard (rapid!/Green Dot) integrations — Bullhorn itself does not hold banking or payment rails.
