Founded 2013 in Grand Rapids as a simple, flat-rate church management SaaS for small/mid-sized churches priced out of enterprise ChMS. Acquired by Tithe.ly in 2021 to combine Breeze's ChMS product with Tithe.ly's giving/apps/sites suite. In 2025 Breeze was rebranded as 'Tithely Church Management' and folded into the Tithely All-Access bundle at $119/mo, while retaining the breezechms.com domain and $72/mo standalone tier.
